Inspirations

Hey everyone!

Today, I wanted to share some of the biggest inspirations that have fueled my creativity and love for storytelling. Whether it’s books, people, or creators, each of these has left a lasting mark on me and how I approach writing and life.

Geronimo Stilton
This series was my gateway into a world of imagination. I absolutely adored the colorful characters, the adventurous plots, and the way each book felt like a journey. Geronimo wasn’t your typical hero—he was clumsy and anxious, yet he always found a way to persevere. That taught me that you don’t have to be perfect to be brave, and it still inspires me to create characters who feel real and relatable.

The Hunger Games
Suzanne Collins completely redefined how I see dystopian worlds and strong protagonists. Katniss Everdeen is such an iconic character—flawed, complex, and fiercely human. The series made me think about courage, survival, and the power of resistance, and it inspires me to write stories that carry meaningful themes while still being exciting and full of heart.

Harry Potter & J.K. Rowling
This series is one of the reasons I fell in love with writing. The magical world, the intricate plots, and the unforgettable characters like Hermione and Dumbledore have stayed with me throughout the years. J.K. Rowling’s ability to create a universe that feels so immersive inspires me to aim for that level of depth in my own storytelling.

Each of these inspirations has shaped how I see the world and how I approach writing. Whether it’s the bravery of Geronimo Stilton, the grit of Katniss, or the magical charm of Harry Potter, these stories remind me why I love writing so much. They remind me that storytelling isn’t just about creating worlds—it’s about connecting with people, inspiring them, and leaving a little piece of yourself behind in the words you write.

What are some of your inspirations? Let’s chat about it in the comments!

Thanks for reading,
Jeevan
